Nigel McArthur

Nigel is a born and bred Southlander and spent a lot of time on farms when he was growing up (his father was a shearer before studying to become a wool classer and buyer). Following various banking roles, Nigel worked at Silver Ferns Farms in their Mosgiel processing plant and was a truck driver for the last couple of years.

He has always loved being out on the land, and is very enthusiastic about his at role Mainland Minerals. “I believe that fine particle fertiliser is light years ahead of conventional fertiliser – we look very carefully at the soil tests and tailor a specific solution for a particular need. Our products are environmentally friendly, very cost effective, and ensure improved plant and animal health”.

Nigel is based in Mosgiel and looks forward to being of assistance to all Otago farmers.
